Hosting services are set to auto-renew by default

Spamming, phishing, or malware distribution
Copyright or trademark infringement
Abusive, hateful, or harmful content
Activities that disrupt server performance or network security
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
Each hosting plan has defined resource limits (storage, bandwidth, CPU, RAM). Excessive usage that affects server stability may result in:
Temporary limitations
Upgrade recommendations
Account suspension in extreme cases
Hostmor provides automated backups where stated
Backups are offered as a convenience, not a guarantee
Users are responsible for maintaining their own independent backups
Hostmor is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
We strive to maintain high uptime and performance. However:
No service is guaranteed to be 100% uninterrupted
Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may cause downtime
Hostmor is not liable for losses due to service interruptions
Domain availability is not guaranteed until successfully registered
Domain ownership remains with the registrant, subject to registry policies
Users are responsible for maintaining valid WHOIS information
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of Hostmor and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Hostmor reserves the right to suspend or terminate services:
For violation of these Terms
For non-payment
For activities that pose security or legal risks
Users may cancel services at any time through their account dashboard.
Hostmor shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
User-caused misconfigurations or third-party software issues
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the affected billing period.
