At Hostmor, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be requested for our services. By purchasing any service from Hostmor, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Hosting Services Refund Policy

a) Eligible Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only for shared hosting, WordPress hosting,E Commerce Hosting and cloud hosting plans

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the initial purchase date

  • Refunds apply to first-time purchases only

b) Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain registration, renewal, or transfer fees

  • SSL certificates

  • Add-ons, licenses, or third-party services

  • Setup fees (if applicable)

  • Promotional or discounted plans

Once these services are provisioned or activated, no refunds can be issued.

2. Domain-Related Refunds

  • Domain registrations are processed instantly and cannot be refunded once registered

  • Failed domain registrations (if payment is taken but domain is not registered) will be refunded or credited

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of Hostmor’s Terms & Conditions

  • Abuse, spam, illegal activities, or policy violations

  • Data loss or downtime caused by third-party software or user actions

  • Failure to cancel services before renewal

4. Renewal Payments

  • Renewals are non-refundable

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel services before the renewal date

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your Hostmor client dashboard

  2. Open a support ticket under Billing / Refund Request

  3. Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank

7. Account Cancellation

Requesting a refund will automatically result in:

  • Cancellation of the related service

  • Permanent deletion of associated data

Customers are advised to back up all data before requesting a refund.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

Hostmor reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
